Welcome to Mobile Banking!\n\nYou can use this application to check your balances, transfer funds, and even pay bills securely and conveniently using your mobile device.
Pay Bills allows you to quickly and conveniently pay your eBills and Billers using your mobile device. To use the Pay Bills feature, you must first add your eBills and Billers using your online banking account. Once added, they will display as payable Options from your mobile device.
Transfer Funds
The Transfer feature allows you to transfer funds between your bank accounts, just like on your online banking account.
Account Information
To access an account, simply select the account name from the main screen. For most providers, you can see the 5 most recent transactions available. Many allow the ability to view more, pulled down 5 at a time.
Unsent Requests
When no data connection is available, Transfer and Bill payment transactions are stored as Unsent Requests. When you have Unsent Requests, you will be prompted to attempt to resend them upon logout and next login. When available, Unsent Requests can be accessed from the main Options menu.
Set Up Bill Pay
To use the Pay Bills feature, you must first add your eBills and Billers using your online banking account. Once eBills are set up, they will appear on the Pay Bills screen automatically when due. When Billers are added, they can be paid at any time.
To change your 6-digit PIN, select Settings from the main Options menu. After entering your old PIN, you can enter your new PIN twice and select Submit to change it. Note: For your own security, entering the wrong PIN 3 times from the Login screen will lock out your application. You can unlock your PIN by selecting the Unlock PIN action from your online banking provider.
Your Mobile Banking application is capable of working with several institutions at once, all protected by the same Login screen! To add a provider, look for a Mobile Banking link on your online banking interface. If compatible, go through enrollment to receive an Activation Code that you can then enter from the Settings-> Add Provider screen to enable that provider.
Erase All Data
To erase all data from your mobile device and deactivate the Mobile Banking application, select Settings -> Erase All Data from the main Options menu. If you desire to use Mobile Banking at a later date, you will need to reactivate the application through your account provider.
